You can list your property with us to be displayed on the website, and we will refer buyers to you.
A referal fee will be collected on a successful Sale equal to 0.5% of the transaction value.

Paid Listing
You can list your property and handle the transaction yourself.
We will only advertise your property on the Guesthouse for sale website and its affiliated sites
Setup Fee: R150.00
All the enquiries is handled by us and U pay a R50.00 fee for each referal

Listing Fee:Setup Fee: R150.00
Monthly Fee: R400.00 for every 3 months

How can we find a Venue, Guesthouse, Lodge, Hotel, B&B for U?
Option 1
You pay a finding fee to us on finding a property for u on the date the seller signs the Agreement of Sale
Fee: 1% of Sale Value
Option 2
Upfront searching fee
You pay a fee equal to R15 000 upfront, and we will search for the property.
If we find less than 5 properties in 6 months, that does not meet 80% of your criteria, 80% of the fee is refundable.
After 6 months a finder fee of 1% -R15 000 is payable
on the date the seller signs the Agreement of Sale
These options does not exclude the right to commissions paid and levied from the seller
